• Equipment Class
Equipment classes are available in private and semi-private sessions. During equipment classes traditional Pilates equipment will be utilized including the Cadillac, reformer, tower units, Wunda chair, and ladder barrel. Sessions are available for all levels. Equipment classes require appointments to reserve space. There is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Class duration: 55 minutes

• Chair Class
The chair class utilizes our six Peak Pilates MVe chairs to offer a challenging workout on this demanding piece of equipment. The chair challenges all of the Pilates essentials – core strength, breath, balance and coordination. This class is offered at the intermediate/advanced level and is limited to six students. Class duration: 30 minutes

• Circuit Training Class
In this class you work with a trio of students in 20 minutes incrememts, moving in a rotational fashion to three Pilates equipment stations.
Each equipment station is taught by a different instructor and include workouts on the Reformer, Tower wall unit and Wunda chair.
The Circuit training class is limited to 9 students per session. Students must sign up in advance for each two month session.
Class duration: 60 minutes

• Spin Class
This indoor cycling class provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all levels of fitness. Cardiovascular workouts are a wonderful addition to a workout regimine, increasing caloric burn and improving overall health. This class is limited to 8 students.

Open Group Classes:

• Mat Class
Pilates Mat classes offer a full body workout utilizing all the fundamental movements and basic Pilates exercise principles. We offer group mat class for beginners, and mixed levels. Often we incorporate magic circles, small weights, and resistance bands to enhance and challenge the mat class experience. Class duration: 55 minutes

• Ball Class
During this Pilates Mat class the stability ball is added to the workout to increase mind and body awareness, challenge core strength and improve balance and stability. This class is offered at the intermediate / advanced level. It is encouraged that you have taken at least 10 mat classes prior to this class. This is a fun and challenging workout. Class duration: 55 minutes

• Ball and Barre Class
This class combines the challenge of a Pilates mat workout utilizing the stability ball with a half hour of work at our ballet barre. The barre portion of the class will encourage good posture and help to increase balance, strength and flexibility. This class is offered for all levels, prior ballet knowledge is not required. Class duration: 55 minutes

• Zumba
This class combines slow and fast dance movements to create a fun and effective cardiovascular workout. The easy to follow dance movements are designed to sculpt the entire body from top to bottom. A great class to burn calories and is open to all levels.

• Hatha Yoga Class
Our Hatha Yoga class helps to develop balance, strength and flexibility and awaken your body awareness. The class is taught by a certified Yoga teacher. Class duration: 90 minutes
