Kristen Gabriele-Bucki, discovered the world of Pilates in 2005. Having spent the majority of her childhood as a semi-professional figure skater, she understands the importance of physical training and exercise.

A year into her Pilates training, she decided that she would teach the methods that she learned. Today, Kristen is certified as a mat instructor in the Power-Flow as well as the Power-Pilates methods. She is certified in apparatus including Reformer, Wunda chair, High Chair, Cadillac, Barrels, and Spine Corrector through Power Pilates.
